Each month send us your statements, receipts, invoices, direct through Hubdoc App on your phone or by email. Add your customer invoices to Xero and email them for direct payment using GoCardless or Stripe straight from your mobile phone, iPad or laptop.

FAQ’s

  • You get unlimited advice at any time over both email and phone. You don’t need to book an appointment, we’re available as and when you need us. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm, 6pm to 8pm. Saturday 10am to 12pm.

  • There is no need to worry. Most of our clients come to us with at least a few months, and sometimes several years of “catch-up” work to do. We understand that getting caught up can be a burden, so don’t put it off. Just put everything you have in an envelope and send it to us. We’ll sort everything out for you and communicate with HMRC on your behalf. We also offer discounts on our regular rate for each month of catch-up work we’ll do for you and spread out the fees to make things more manageable.

  • We work on a fair usage basis. If your business changes, then the package that you are on would change accordingly, all our packages are tweaked to fit your exact business needs and grow or shrink to match your new needs.

  • Nothing at all. This is included in your fixed price monthly fee.

  • We work with startup’s, sole traders, self-employed, freelancers, consultants, contractors, partnerships, limited companies and family run small businesses. We can help to set you up as self-employed, sole trader, partnership or a limited company with Payroll and VAT with HMRC and Companies House, everything you may need.
